Cases eligible for return or exchange
- The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.
- You received the wrong product or the wrong quantity compared with your order.
- The product had already expired at the time of delivery.
Conditions for return or exchange
- Notify Thực Dưỡng Lành within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product's seal must be intact (except in cases of a quality defect inside the product).
- Provide photos/videos showing the condition of the product.
Costs
Thực Dưỡng Lành covers all shipping costs for the return or exchange if the fault is ours.
Refunds
If, after verification, your order is eligible for a refund, Thực Dưỡng Lành will refund you by bank transfer within 7 business days. Please provide accurate details of the receiving bank account so the refund can be processed smoothly.
Cases not eligible for return or exchange
Products that have been used, products damaged by storage that does not follow the instructions, or returns/exchanges for personal reasons that do not fall under the cases above.
