Inspection Policy

Thực Dưỡng Lành encourages you to inspect your goods upon delivery to protect your rights.

• You may inspect the outside of the products (quantity, type, packaging condition, expiry date) before paying the delivery person.
• Do not break the seal or open the product's lid before paying.
• If a product is dented, its packaging is torn, the product is wrong or the quantity is short, you have the right to refuse the delivery and should contact our hotline 0966 326 522 right away for support.
• We recommend recording a video while unboxing, as evidence for the fastest possible resolution if any problem arises.
